Street Fighting and Underground Fight Clubs

Street fighting and underground, so-called "fight clubs" will not be promoted on this web site. These groups are not endorsed or supported by any true mixed martial arts association and are most certainly not a part of anything we are doing here.

These groups are generally populated by unskilled, uneducated bar-room brawlers that have no real value in the true skills of mixed martial arts or true hand to hand combat of any sort. They are unregulated and people can, and do, get seriously injured and even killed.

Associating with these street fighting groups or underground fight clubs is only a disservice to the sport of mixed martial arts as they are so often associated by uneducated opponents of mixed martial arts and a shock value/dirty laundry driven media industry.

If you truly want to become a mixed martial artist, find a gym in your area and get training.
